For ECEC Teachers & Providers
Teaching in the early years today often means holding a deep mismatch between what you know children need and what systems demand of you. Many teachers feel constrained, overextended, and disconnected from the joy and purpose that brought them to this work in the first place.
This space is for you.
My work with teachers centers on reclaiming professional agency, grounding practice in child development, protecting free play, and creating learning environments where both children and educators can thrive. These offerings are designed to support reflection, restore confidence, and help you teach with integrity—without adding to your overwhelm.
Whether you’re looking for community, learning, or practical support you can use right away, you’ll find options here that meet you where you are.
Ways to Engage
Free Skool Community
Cost: Free
A supportive space for early childhood teachers and providers who want to stay connected, reflect together, and reclaim their professional voice—without adding to their workload.
The Free Skool Community offers monthly live discussions and guided reflection prompts that help you make sense of your teaching, reconnect with what you know about child development, and remember that you are not alone in this work. Participation is flexible: show up live when you can, read along when you need grounding, or simply listen and reflect.
This space is for educators who want community, shared language, and support—without pressure to perform or produce.
Mini-Reflective Courses
Cost: $8/month
Short, meaningful learning experiences designed to support reflection, clarity, and professional growth—at a pace that fits your life.
Monthly Mini-Reflective Courses include brief pre-recorded videos, reflective workbooks, and monthly live discussions that help you deepen your understanding of free play, whole-child development, healthy identity, and joyful teaching. You’ll receive a professional development certificate documenting your participation, while engaging in learning that feels relevant and affirming.
This option is ideal for educators who want structure and substance without a large time commitment.
Professional Learning Course
Cost: $25/month
A deeper, cohort-based learning experience for educators ready to engage in sustained reflection, dialogue, and growth.
These three-month courses include live, synchronous sessions, comprehensive reflective workbooks, and facilitated discussion with other educators who share your commitment to developmentally grounded, liberatory practice. You’ll receive professional development certificates and detailed course documentation (titles, descriptions, and learning outcomes) to support applying for PD credit.
This experience is for teachers and providers who want time, space, and community to truly reclaim their practice.
