Mini-Reflective Courses

The Mini Reflective Courses are designed for early childhood educators and caregivers who want meaningful professional learning that honors their expertise, respects their time, and supports them in teaching with integrity and joy.

Each month, participants engage in a focused, reflective course centered on a timely theme in early childhood education. Courses include short, pre-recorded video lessons, guided reflective workbooks, and a live monthly discussion where educators can think together, ask questions, and connect practice to child development. Learning is flexible and can be completed at your own pace.

These courses are not about fixing teachers or adding new mandates. They are about helping educators make sense of their experiences, reconnect with what they know about children, and strengthen their practice in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their values.

Participants receive a Professional Development Certificate documenting their learning each month.

Ideal for educators who want reflection, clarity, and support, without feeling overwhelmed.
